First ripeness, herbal-spicy, liquorice, caraway. Lean on the palate with delicate sweetness and strong acidity. High intensity in the middle of the palate, quite noble in its extract, differentiated, narrow and expressive, still yeasty finish.
Recommended with fillet of pike-perch on tomato risotto with wild garlic pesto; rocket salad with grated parmesan, walnut oil dressing and roasted pine nuts; foie gras terrine; asparagus dishes.
Drinking temperature 10°C
